Now, how's this for an AP headline (if you hadn't already gathered, I'm obsessed with headlines):

Woman Says 'Merci' After Face Transplant

Way cooler if this was her first word because the face was French but she was not. Sadly, the whole surgery took place in Amiens, the result of a severe facial mauling by a dog. She received a new nose, chin, and lips.

Reuters' headline leaves much less to my imagination:

French face transplant woman doing well: surgeons

The surgeon, Dr. Jean-Michel Dubernard, has also done hand transplants.
